In order to honor your important gift deadlines, and to send your gifts in a fast and timely manner - we may occasionally use product substitutions within the gift basket of equal or greater value in order to ensure punctual delivery. 

Some of our inventory, especially our dog treats come from bakeries location on the East Coast. In the case that we do not have the specific treat listed under the product details of the gift you're wanting to purchase in our inventory, we will be sure to substitute it with another treat that your pup will be sure to enjoy!

Regarding gifts that contain alcohol, there are options to send non-alcoholic gift options. However if you do purchase a gift containing alcohol and have it shipped to a state that does not allow alcohol shipments, we will automatically substitute the alcohol within the gift for an alcohol free equivalent.
