Can I customize a sympathy gift to include more food, wine or a toy for another dog?

Interested in including more food items, wine, or toys and treats for their other dogs that are still around? Please email sammy@luccathenapadog.com. We'd love to help you customize your perfect gift.

Can I send multiple gifts to one address? Which gift should I include the message with?

Yes, of course. We will ship each gift individually or together in the same shipping box at the same time. You only need to list your gift message with one of the gifts. We will print the gift message and include it with one of the gifts for them to open and read.

Can you expedite shipping on sympathy gifts?

Yes! At checkout you will see our expedited shipping options for 2-Day delivery or Overnight. Please remember, most packages will not move over the weekend, so anything sent on Thursday for 2-Day will arrive on Monday. And anything sent overnight on a Friday, will most likely arrive Monday of the following week.
